		<description>lovely looking gnocchi and i love your sauce - the capers and lemon would really have lifted the flavours of the gnocchi. mine was a bit rich and could have done with a few of your capers i think.</description>

		<description>It seems everything went well I think that is because you used freshly made ricotta I think most people who used store brought had some problems without a 4 day wait to dry it out completely. Beautiful pixs and the suace sounds so nice. Bravo on a great result. Cheers from Audax in Australia.</description>
