My sister taught us to make these, and we love them especially in the summer time. We'll make them including tofu or chicken in oyster sauce. They're great for a dinner party. Serve all the ingredients with a big dish of hot water. People get to make their own just the way they like them, and making them are awkward enough to make everyone feel at home. Yum.
